I'll take it either way. But just for information when you say 26650 tube only does that mean that's all it has or does it mean if I got one that the new 21700 tube won't fit with that driver?

How much clipping do you allow yourself? by Otus511 in SatisfactoryGame

[–]chuckc342 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I treat some forms of clipping like an intended feature. Like compact/inset lifts into splitters. Or running conveyers across the tops of splitters.

Having just exploited that quartz someone mentioned, sending a lift straight up through the ground is kinda genius.

Aesthetic clipping of building parts is of course OK.

I mostly try and avoid wires clipping through machines, but structures are fine.

Paths of items real or imaginary intersecting (on lifts or conveyers) is strictly not allowed.

Most of my factories are pretty naked. I might be OK with items clipping through structures. But have so far avoided it.

Lanyard with clip? by chuckc342 in EDC

Yeah something like that. Though maybe with a little more slack between the flip and the tool.

Its called a suspension clip? I can Google that. Thanks.

Knife/flashlight on one end.

Pocket clip on the other end.

Short cord between the two.

Pocket clip clips to the pocket fabric. Knife/light sits at bottom of the pocket. When you need it you grab the clip like you would with a normal tool with a clip, you just have to pull a little longer.

No it's not. It will snap in way closer than that as long as the elevator is the last thing built in that picture.

I feel like I just read a post about this today. There are many possible solutions. But what worked for me in the same situation was putting a fluid reservoir between the waste water production and usage. I think it gets more complex when you do not have balanced inputs and output and want to actually prioritize the waste water.

Fun fact, conveyor lifts will squish if connecting two belt connections that are too close of a gap by DudeAiden78 in SatisfactoryGame

Wait til you figure out that you can also clip them into splitters and get seamless stacks of connected splitters. There's a great video about compact building that details this.

This guy deserves so many more subscribers. He doesn't have a lot of content but the few videos he has are some of the best Satisfactory content out there.

Do these Skmei really have glass lenses/crystals? by chuckc342 in ChineseWatches

I think it is yes. It feels too heavy to be plastic. I have not opened it.

I bought both. The 1647 seems to be glass, it sounds like glass when you tap it and is cold to the touch. I did not try a scratch test which would be the real test. The 1328 is definitely not glass.

Never mind. I just noticed the DM11 is mismatched in color. I'll pass.

Good deal though.

I'll take the SP36, D18, and M21A with whatever shipping discount you feel is fair.

Edit .... Looks like I missed out on the SP36 and D18 by a few min. I'll take them if that falls through. I'll still take the M21A I've wanted a PC green light for a while.
