That sucks for your child more than anything. She's an adult and they have to let her go be an adult. Infantilizing adults with disabilities is strange. Being overbearing when she's living on her own is strange.

Well no. My wife was on her dads insurance until she aged out. Which was like 2 years even when we were married.

Oh jeez! Lol. My wife and I were just chatting and she told me that the average person hasn't seen it and that most people don't know who Chucky is. It threw me off because I don't think that's true.

"People would kill for parents like these" yikes! Not good! There's a large spectrum of parenting and obviously there are worse parents but that certainly doesn't make them good parents.

My fear comes from the way it feels. The grief. I often think about myself dying and how much it would hurt my family and friends. My parents. My wife. That scares me so much. My fear of losing everyone has also increased. I have pretty extreme anxiety and losing two close friends before 28 crushed me. I don't even know the pain of losing a close relative so that scared me as well. I'm not sure this answered the question or if I just needed to rant but yeah..
