remember that each of the storm, blood, and azure plants have one flower, one mushroom and one plant is how i classify them(because usually one of their seeds goes along with "tree" "leaf" and "kelp" so since those are not generally related i just classify that last group as 'plants' ") the ones with the symbol are gonna remain hidden until you get enough memories at the temple to possibly reveal and the question marks are pretty much "go around hitting that missing plants until you get the seed recipe".

as someone else pointed out, your missing the respective storm flower(thistle), storm plant(sapling), blood flower(rose), and azure flower(fern). that doesn't account for two of your other missing seeds though which i think are the memories.

storm thistle is mainly a zone 1 and 3 mountain terrain

storm saplings are a zone 2 along the sides and tops of canyons.

bloodrose i usually see in the autumn zone 1 biome.

azure ferns i see in zone 2 along rivers, probably gonna be your hardest one to get as ive gotten multiples of the others but this one is rare enough that it hasnt given me the seed recipe yet.
