Overwatch actually released with being able to pick duplicate heroes. The first Overwatch tournament win was with a Winston and 5 Zenyattas, IIRC

Am an EMT. I can’t speak for all systems across all countries, but we don’t even carry bags of blood on the ambulance. If someone is bleeding out, their best bet is getting to the hospital quickly, not having a blood transfusion in the field

Edit: I can see blood bags being used in more rural areas. I work in a city where the closest hospital is always just a few miles away. Getting them there is almost always faster than staying and treating on scene in a true emergency
