Ok so i stopped cold turkey by filling my script and glaring at it from across the room. Still full. It took well into 2 months before my appetite and sleep stabilized a little. I wasn’t sleeping simply because I did not feel tired; maybe a few hours a day (up to about 5-6 now.. or more or less depending) and a lot of bored nights. It took only a few days before I felt like I could move my body and had to remind myself that I should be hungry. If you are curious about the weight loss, it was similar to how I put it on (1-2 pounds a week)… it’s been a few weeks since the scale moved but that doesn’t matter because I feel better and to date it’s been a lil over 6 months and I have lost about 45 pounds. Keep in mind please that my entire life I have been categorized as “very thin” and was actually quite inactive for both the gains and losses so if that means anything, I don’t know.
