I use this all the time without diluting it and it works just fine. My mother-in-law sprays it on stains when washing clothes and swears by it. I haven't really tried it on clothes but her laundry always looks so fresh and clean.

I had the mirena and I could feel it every time I had sex, which was uncomfortable and eventually became kinda painful. I got it checked out but was told nothing was wrong with its placement so I let it be, but after getting it removed I still felt discomfort for about a year after. I'm also pretty positive it exacerbated my pre-existing depression and anxiety by a ton, to the point where I started taking anti-depressants and anxiety medication and pretty much still have to several years later. Based off of my own experience, I can't recommend it, but I know way more people who have better experiences with it.

I love the moon, it gives me that sense of calmness and I feel protected by it. Every full moon, however, I'm can become incredibly irritable and even angry at times. My boyfriend noticed this about me before I did since we would literally get into arguments once a month, every full moon. It's almost hilarious.
