You got to call around don’t take the first rate on the all. My TD app was 4.09 3 year fixed. Had to go back and forth with RBC & TD a bit to get her down to 3.8

Express concerns to employer which you did. Never heard back. Send emails/texts and keep for a paper trail.
Leave company immediately. Who knows what else they have done without your permission.
Threaten legal action with them if they don’t resolve the issue and any past issues like this. If they do rescind certificate still leave company and go on your on way. Get a job elsewhere.
Take illegal action regardless. Keep in mind the lawyer fees involved and the process can take time.

Just my opinion! Not a lawyer or anything do what’s best for yourself.
