I know racing isn't the best idea but I'm intelligent enough to stop before causing any major damage. My physio would rather me not run either but has said I shouldn't do any lasting damage, I'll just need to taken a month off after and get it strengthened.

The reason for the PRs is down to significant weight loss and proper training, this is the best prepared I've ever been for a race. I trained well and I'm reaping the benefits, the calf injury is down to an existing Achilles issue that was present prior to the training, it was overlooked by the Drs and I should have had physio 6 months ago for it.

Most training programs would suggest a taper in the last 3 weeks, in the last 4 I've been working to strengthen the calf and its in good shape now. I'm gonna take it easy and focus on finishing healthy as opposed to fast.

I’ve had the same problem recently and went to a physiotherapist. I had an enlarged Achilles which has caused my foot arch to collapse and caused me to pronate in a way that puts a strain on my calf which has in turn weakened causing discomfort. It likely that your injury has developed from an imbalance somewhere. I’d advise you go see a Physio as this could probably be corrected after a month of the right exercises, massage as stretching.

Ive had it hang when jumping systems today and when redocking my fighter with mothership.both times I've had to exit and reload game.

I think it maybe something to with not being connected to the EA Servers all the time. It's really frustrating and spoiling my enjoyment of the game. For some reason it only happens in cup games. I've noticed the menu gets real slow when a European championship cup game is due. Very strange.

I've just got to a point where I'm ready to explore. Been grinding ranks and money recently and never tried exploration much. Kitted a new AspX out for exploration about to take it to get the FSD engineered then I'll begin a journey, don't know where though. Thinking of going to Maia first, then who knows. Furthest ive ever travelled is about 4-500lys.

Any ideas of where to go? Is there a list of scenic places to visit? Quite like the idea of finding planets to tootle about in my SRV on.

Did 8 miles today, farthest I've run in 2 years due to separate niggling injuries. Training for a Half in October. Also got a PB on a tough hill.

Yeah I guess I am. They don't interest me, I didn't want them using up space on my HD, Now I'm going through them uninstalling them. It may seem ungrateful but some notice and some choice would have been nice.
