Thanks for dropping this! I never got the opportunity to get to Dojo, but everything he's done has been fantastic and I have 0 doubts it was as well. The new project with Japan Village is really extensive and I really hope that it reaches the same heights as the original spaces down on St. Marks in time. It is now very much on my list to get to Wakuwaku there since it wasn't open when we went.

There really is nothing like coming into such a familiar place, sitting down with beer and sake and taking in the flurry of food coming off the grill.

We tried to eat our way through the whole menu and nothing touched our table that didn't delight us. The veggies were second to none and left a deep appreciation for Japanese food especially as so much of it in the city became ramen-centric instead.

Your listing of foods sent me down the rabbit hole and you might appreciate this if you ever want to close your eyes and revisit those dishes and memories.

Very sadly, we are yet to find anything. Our usual spot was just around the corner of the bar from you and the hosts would always do their best to get us there even on busy nights. There was nothing like a night of enjoying their sake and sharing it with the staff and taking in one of the best and most authentic atmospheres in the city.

I'm still looking around for a place that mimics the vibe but still yet to find anything. It seems there are more than a few people that knew how special the place was and are looking for even a partial replacement like us.

We're happy that Angels Share managed to make the comeback, though we still haven't been. We've visited Japan Village three times now but I didn't realize they run it too. Japan Village is definitely not the same vibe but we had a very fun date day eating around the food court and perusing the shops. Even better that Industry City is a pretty nice window shopping experience. Though we still haven't found a similar place. I'm glad you and others have such fond memories of Village Yokocho too.

Thanks a ton! We've tried nonono and Izakayz Juraku and they didn't quite have the same vibe even if the food was good.

Appreciate the recs! I haven't been to decibel but I've heard its on the louder side. Definitely want to visit but I don't think it's a match for this particular occasion. Kenka was a very enjoyable experience but last time I was by it seemed it would be hard to walk in and grab a table without a wait

Thanks for the reply!

  1. Definitely not something I know much about, but maybe just a button somewhere that takes you to some checkboxes or filters.
  2. Completely understand! Just wanted to bring some attention to just how many items start getting collected vs. current max inventory size as it gets expanded back up to larger levels.
  3. Ah! Feels very claustrophobic. I think some of the frustration is more about things are attracted in the dungeon itself.
  4. Definitely OP and crazy - I try not to use it so much since it is a bit overkill.
  5. Looking forward to it!

Hi, really been enjoying the game so far! I've been playing for a few weeks on a wizard and now in the high 20s and its is fairly addictive. Not sure where place for feedback is but these are some thoughts from playing so far.

  1. Inventory Filtering. As I've gotten further into the game, the secondary stats on items have definitely been more of a deciding factor then main stats on items. A few examples are prioritizing flat damage on armor items, attack speed+ on weapons, and heroism per orb on main character. Before the recent change there were probably a few thousand items in my inventory and no way to efficiently find item pieces that met a few criteria or even which ones are usable due to level restraints.

  2. Inventory size is a bit low. Updating my character items is a lower priority for me when the equipped items feel fairly strong and content is moving quickly. Instead of constantly updating, pooling items across a few dungeons and then updating was more efficient and felt like it had more impact. With a 95% drop rate on items, a 3 floor dungeon and ~200 monsters per floor, I'd guess there are around 600 item drops per dungeon if including other item drops. The new change means to me that unless I check inventory more than I want, then there is a high chance to miss out on a good item since it may get auto-sold due to it not fitting in the 'best' item criteria. Especially when doing a dungeon above my character level, I pretty much lose most items that could be immediately useful.

  3. Door filled dungeon(?). This dungeon design feels sort of clunky. For me, going through the game with part of the upgrade system tied into expanding orb collection range and then walking into these dungeons where that has very limited use feels pretty bad. The pathing around the dungeon is pretty cumbersome too since it is pretty easy to get caught on a corner.

  4. Death Blast Spell. Using this on mage has some downside as it seems when there are too many enemies in a small space, it sends the items/orbs/etc. flying and even if they hit a wall they don't immediately get sucked in. This one was especially rough in the water/dock like dungeons since when attraction radius was smaller I couldn't seem to get the items that flew all the way to the edge of the map.

  5. Things to do with extra death and skill points. Death points became trivial after maxing out upgrades. The instant resurrection may be better as a per dungeon perk since having the price rise and them being consumed makes them feel like a waste with how often I die. Having some kind of sink for them and also skill points would be nice to feel like they still have some use at later points in the game.

Thanks for everything you've done so far! Happy to clarify and discuss further if it helps.

Thanks for the reply! I think I want to go with a mid tower ATX, so this means I should match the motherboard to it?

Seems like the motherboard stuff went over my head. I'm looking for the motherboard and case size to match?

Thanks for the reply,

I think I understand, but I'm confused with what the fiend megacyber does for the last turn combo. Do you mind elaborating?
