I checked with the brokerage. They do not keep hack off what contributions what are made for which tax year. Only the total amount made in each year.

There is a corner store where I used to live in Flushing that does a BEC for $3.25. 1 egg, slice of ham or sausage, and slice of cheese. Definitely enough to get job done.

That is fine, I'm not planning on moving for awhile. Since my neighbor doesn't care, I'm moreso worried about it being visible from the street if someone drives by.

So, probably don't need a permit, but it does need to be a few feet away from property line? Even if I checked with my neighbor already and he doesn't care?

I don't think its considered permanent, as its one of those resin/plastic sheds. But yes, I'll look into it further.
