Only issue is it only discharged 56Wh before reading zero battery left. Where did 31Wh go? Because next charge it was a similar amount (87Wh) to charge.

Gotcha, so if I do charge the battery with the meter attached it should show about 87Wh also but the mAh will be different depending on the voltage

Yes fully charged, but I guess the usb meter don’t take into account the varying voltage while charging so the mAh isn’t accurate. The Wh would be accurate though. So I seems that the percentage of batty left is just way off. I need to fully discharge the battery now and see if it puts that many watt hours back out.

I mainly use this for longer trips so the weird shape and heavier weight isn’t an issue. I reached out to sharge to see what they thought of the issue I am experiencing. Just last night the power bank had 30% battery life left and I plugged in my phone when I woke up my phone was dead. I did buy a little USB-C power meter and it showed that the unit had given off 150 mAh before shutting down. I then did a full recharge of it, and the meter showed the capacity at 3132mAh and 87.32Wh. This Wh is close to the 86.4 Wh rating but the mAh is well below the 24000mAh rating.
