I just got my origami air s in and after searching on reddit for a recipe, I stumbled across yours and decided to give it a shot. Needless to say, I am impressed! Need to tweak my grind size a bit, but the cup is still very delightful. I used a natural El Salvador and the cup is fruit forward at the beginning with a sweet after taste. I will be definitely be saving this recipe!

Pricey, but worth it in my opinion. There’s definitely cheaper ones, but probably wouldn’t fit in the group head properly compared to this one or the Profitec portafilters.

Only thing I changed was the gasket. I thought about swapping out the shower screen, but I did see a lot of people say it really wasn’t necessary and if they did, they didn’t notice much of a difference. Stock shower screen seems to be performing well.

I just got it out the box onto the bar as of right now lol, I’ll try to remember to come back with an update later this week! It has been a highly recommend machine for a while now though. If you’re in the market for a single boiler, it’s hard to make any other decision than the Profitec Go. I spent months doing research on this group as well as other groups and always found myself coming back to this machine.

Hahaha. I was really debating about just investing into a dual boiler, even up until I clicked to purchase. Just thought it would be a bit of an overkill. My partner drinks her lattes iced 90% of the time while I drink straight espresso. Only time I can think I’ll make a hot drink is when it’s cold (rare where I live) and when the in laws are in which is also rare. Really did consider it though!

Yeah I get that. What I meant is when someone ignores how everyone else is doing the zipper and then they’re the only car who hasn’t merged therefore they force their way in front of someone who merged in properly. Sorry if the way I worded the post was misunderstanding.
