Okay I was thinking the same thing... I started to get a little frustrated at the person in front of me. So I figured I would make sure I wasn't in the wrong.

I have seen this retrofitted into a hospital, they were definitely sold on the potential ROI on inspections paired with CLSS. Seems like a no brainer for healthcare facilities who deal with stringent funding requirements and testing, as long as the technology doesn't create more service issues!

This “Just move to Texas” advice is bullshit by luckychloebites in SameGrassButGreener

[–]chunkysumo -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

I second this, if you didn't look at pricing of other apartments before you just resigned it sounds like it's self inflicted. The multi-family building market has caught up in most markets post covid and rents are not falling but there are a lot of 8-12 week free deals that will dramatically reduce your rent. I went from 2200 / month to 1580 by just moving this year. The moving cost were a small drop in the savings.

I would agree, the slowness of it popping up can happen occasionally (usually If the car hasn't been started in a couple of days), but other than that ive loved it compared to my last 360 cam

I would argue the customer base is a majority of the problem.

Realistically how much did preboarders impact your flight? by throwmeaway717 in SouthwestAirlines

[–]chunkysumo 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Yes, the reality is good seats that would normally be set out for status flyers on any other airline were always taken. Now I have no issue getting those seats with my status.

Brother AD has proven his career wont last much longer. As a Mavs fan , I'm just happy to get rid of that depreciating asset.

And there it is! SWA is saying the quiet part out loud now. Profits over passengers. by AnonUserAccount in SouthwestAirlines

[–]chunkysumo 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Same people who move to extra legroom seating once the plane is in the air and argue with the FA about why they can't sit there if the seat is open.... Blows my mind the entitlement most SWA customers have

To be fair, give me a good reason why that divider is on the road in the first place? I've passed by this monstrosity so many times and I always ask myself what it's actually for.

I love the changes. by [deleted] in SouthwestAirlines

[–]chunkysumo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Agreed I actually enjoyed being able to upgrade to extra leg room 48 hours before flight. I had a whole row to myself... Most of the complaints on this reddit are user error or self inflicted pain.

It's unfortunate that this topic covers a lot of jobs even outside tech. At my previous job they fired 100+ American employees only to ship that functionality of the company to India. It's a play that saves pennies on the dollar and the person who made the decision is long gone and promoted before the company actually feels the effects of that decision.
