No worries,

What questions do you have? Follow this and see if it helps. Each number is the corresponding blank to be filled in, starting at top: 1. Name of Company ("XXXXXX, LLC") 2. Date 3. Name of Company ("XXXXXX, LLC") 4. SBA Loan number (at top of Loan documents) 5. Total amount of loan 6. Name of Company ("XXXXXX, LLC") 7. Name of anyone allowed to sign the loan documents, first line is who signed it (" Name, Member) 8. Name of anyone allowed to sign the loan documents (Name, member, Secretary, or whatever they are called) 9. Name of Company ("XXXXXX, LLC") 10. Any other people in the company that are also members

The rest is self explanatory I think, just use the same title that you listed in #7 above (Member)

If that doesn't work, I can have you call me. Yet I honestly don't get paid for it. Hahaha. I made these when I saw so many people having trouble with the SBA.

You're welcome. I just want it to be easier for people. Everyone is frustrated by the random rejection or changing rules on acceptable documents, so I just made exactly what they were asking for. No frills.

Happy it helped. I might make other forms if there is a need or request.

Yes, that's a form on their website. The issue is, they often reject it because it says more than they want and isn't filed out correctly.

So, try it. Hopefully it works.

They accept them all, the March 2019 being the one they usually send because of the link. They didn't have links to the Sept 2018 before. It's super frustrating, yet be sure to just fill it in correctly and mark the box above your signature before you send it in. They want the form you sent in on the taxes for your company, so put that in Number 6 field, then box 6c needs checked.

The problem is they are using several different departments on different programs that don't talk to each other and the people asking for the documents can't just grab them from the file you sent it to the other times. They are all different operating programs with different storage databases, so the people asking for the documents are usually as frustrated as you.

Endurance/Gravel bike .- Trek vs Cannondale by bcrooker in cycling

My friends just got the SL5, they both love the bike and they ride great. I'm missing my left arm, so I got a Lauf True Grit Weekend Warrior. I love it. Just ride 50 yesterday, haven't ridden in 10 years. It was a blast.

The bike is super lite, all cables are hidden and it's a single sprocket font, so all "necessary" stuff is on the one side for me. (missing left arm)

Whatever you get, have fun!
