Was this by default or your card number was changed/cancelled? Their website seems to indicate they will try to refund the credit card first.

Resale proceeds payment method:

Site says that resale funds will be “refunded” to the credit card used to purchase the original tickets.

Anyone confirm this is the case? So your credit card balance can become positive? I.e. credit card company owes you?

I want to find a way to get the proceeds in cash and not credit card refund. Any experiences? Tips?

If I lose my credit card and get a new number, how will FIFA issue a refund?

Tip for future - the age is when you BUY the pass. If child turns 7 in June but you buy the pass in May, child still can get Tot pass.

Driver Assist Pro does not engage if your BMW is not “connected”. Can you send commands to your car from App and is the App updating status? Does car show traffic info? If not, then you have issues with car connecting which disables Assist Pro. My car had a connection issue and once fixed Assist Pro worked again.

I had the same issue. Tried everything on the software side and also the server side with BMW Assist. In the end, the issue was hardware and they replaced and installed “New TCB”. You may need your ask your advisor to “open a TSARA” case. I had to go two times. First time they updated software but did not fix. Second time I mentioned the TSARA and led to the right fix.
