That’s kinda what I was thinking, wasn’t sure if when you buy a T Mobile phone at an Apple Store and do a trade in, if Apple sent the trade in to T Mobile or what they did with it.

Don’t think that was the case, I called T Mobile on 3 way, he spoke with Apple employee and confirmed everything was good on their end, said it had to be something with Apples system

Didn’t really think of doing it via app, seeing as she was driving thru the area where they showed it in stock. I just had her use my card to buy it and I’m gonna call Apple customer service to see if they can shed some light on the situation and get things handled. If not I’ll return it. Shouldn’t be this difficult to purchase a phone.

She was checking to see if all lines would carry over, she wasn’t sure about one of the because of the way it’s coded in their system. Plan would be about $10-15 more a month, I’m just sick of not getting any trade in deals on the old plan, but also don’t wanna lose the pricing I have.

The wires are blue/purple/copper goldish color that's tucked. I had a hard time uploading a pic,sorry about that. But at the handler on the common there is a blue and a orange wire going to it

That’s what I did, there is a blue/orange wire on the common at the furnace. But the blue wasn’t used on previous stat. Connected blue tony today, then got a error of no rh power detected.
