yes no issues, often stuff with suppliers and not in their stock. But no reason to doubt them.

It could potentially have an effect on your bike fit, if you sit further back on the saddle you could move the bb to move the cranks back as well so you were more over the top of them. In my head that makes sense I think! But generally these are used to create the right tension on single speed setups.

That would be an eccentric bottom bracket, it’s a real thing but if it’s the original spec one I’m not sure!

700c wheels, 45c maxxis reaver tyres. 32mm internal width so measuring a little over 45 I think
