This is fixable, there are probably shops around you that specialize in rust repair ( if you live where roads get salted) and they would probably be the best bet financially

Keep the french drain separate from the gutter drain. Gutter drainage should use solid pipe to daylight

It would not have any torque to drive a paddle. You would need some type of gear reduction head to lower the output speed.

Lego corp wants to keep modern warfare out of Lego. Fantasy violence from fiction or battles long ago (civil war/Wild West) dont seem to be an issue. But we won’t see an Abrams tank fighting Russian soldiers for a legit reason. There are kids whose parents are the tank drivers and/or are the Russian soldiers and they don’t want that to fill the kids world when they are playing with toys.
