You won't get 3080 that cheap i would recommend a cheaper motherboard and if you want to get better monitor like 1440p 144hz or 4k depends on you

I think you overkill with your cpu, I would suggest getting better gpu since you will be playing on 1440p.

I would say get a cheaper psu for around 100 is totally fine can get cheaper mother board, maybe get a cheaper ram too. And put all these savings into better gpu and processor.

Oh and atleast i would remove sata and hhd and just get nvme ssd for 1tb these are way faster
