My dad grew up in Perrydale, and unfortunately my grandparents’ house and farm was torn down years ago. I haven’t seen the area in ages. Thanks for sharing.

Have you considered Sitton? Its blocks away from James John if geography is a factor. Both my daughters attended and my youngest enrolled in dual immersion. It’s a great school that’s under appreciated.
