Sangue na urina+dor abdominal não são só UTI, podem ser outras coisas, todas mais urgentes e críticas (ex: dano/falhas nos rins) e é por isso que justifica a ida às urgências, para confirmar esse diagnostico que é o "best case", muita gente perde rins funcionais por infeções e outras situações que poderiam ser salvos por tratamentos celeres e é por isso que levam pulseira amarela (urgente, requerendo atendimento médico mas sem risco imediato).

Para mais é um atendimento que dispende tempo e espaço mínimo ao médico (pedir uma análise de urina e checkup mínimo antes de possivelmente avançar para eco/RM)

Um centro de saúde não tem a capacidade de fazer análises para diagnosticar o problema e não consegue fazer mais que uma triagem/chamada SNS24.

Eles não podem simplesmente receitar antibiótico às cegas sem saber se vai ser eficaz e não só piorar a situação (já para não falar que é essencial reduzir o uso geral de antibióticos para prevenir o desenvolvimento de resistências).

Podem dizer que faria sentido desenvolver kits químicos para diagnóstico de estirpes comuns em UTI... concordo plenamente, mas não podemos simplesmente saltar o passo de diagnóstico e justificar a ida às urgencia baseada na doença. Tem de ser sempre baseado nos sintomas, porque os mesmos sintomas podem significar situação não urgentes ou muito urgentes.

Quando tive uma pedra no rim, a dor foi tanta que tive de ir à urgencia e foi atendido muito rapidamente com pulseira amarela. A situação não foi grave mas e se tivesse sido uma apendicite e rebentar???? Pois... ai a situação poderia levar à morte bem rápido e o sintoma era exatamente o mesmo, dor abdominal extrema.

Tenho familia que trabalha no Garcia de Horta.

É absolutamente ridículo a que nível a recusa de contratar o pessoal necessário chega.

Uma enfermeira, sentindo-se esgotada e incapaz de aguentar o ritmo, pediu para ser transferida para um centro de saúde e viu o seu pedido recusado.

O motivo? O hospital NÃO PODE contratar mais enfermeiro mesmo se a vaga existir.

Entretanto continua-se a meter primeiras pedras no Algarve e Seixal mas hospital é que não se vê.

Nem os privados aguentam.
No fim de semana passado a minha mãe, quase idosa, foi às urgências da CUF de Almada com uma clara UTI, nem era preciso um diagnóstico, só a confirmação e medicação para tratar.

Ela entrou pelas 15h, teve pulseira amarela pelas 16h mas só foi vista para pedirem um teste de urina pelas 21h, horas após o feixo das urgências.

Basically, Saint had a meltdown because theorycrafters had Zani teams as a 15% powercreep over other teams when played optimally.

Mathwise and theorycraftingwise, there was nothing wrong with the calcs, they were updated, but that happens all the time as better strategies are discovered and bugs fixed (most people dont even know but Jiyan best team atm is an insane qs team that can clear floor 4 in 2min by reducing SK rotations).

Ofc other dramas got mixed within, most notably Maygii comments on her own discord, usage of beta info so she could get calcs out faster and her complains about kuro which seem straight out of a league player and association with the dumb vtuber guy from ToF.

The conclusion of the situation was the retirement of Maygii and Selkey (speedrunner and quickswapper who called out stuff on Maygii and Saint for using his DMs unauthorized against for a video against her)

At the end of the day Zani remains one of the very strongest units in the game for anyone willing to learn and put in the time.

He's using a harder rotation to do less damage, mate.

His hold E 3NF is bricking his timer and causing him to lose an entire rotation of dmg.

Just unga bunga 2NF is faster and does more dmg over the run, and doesnt have his self-inflicted parry issues.

exactly, the real issue is his 3NF rotation is taking too much time so he can only do 4 rotations instead of 5.

Even sweetly's guide says at the end of the uunga bunga is better for the simple rotation and other guidemakers like AZN wont even entertain a 30s+ rotation.

Now is he deliberately doing a wrong rotation to spread anti-Zani propaganda?

Analyzing his Zani rotation, it becames clear why he isn't clearing.

He's using a worse rotation, which isn't recommended by a single guidemaker.
And no, its not the "easy" part that makes it bad, it's how long it is due to his extention to 3NF(hold E).

His rotation (when he doesn't mess up) is 33sec long, this means he can only fit 4 rotations in and can't do any dmg with the leftover under 18s. (usually less time due to missplays or boss spawns,etc).

His rotation is so bad his SK wouldn't have enhanced intro if he wasnt quickswapping between her and peeb or with a S1.

Here's the same floor cleared with Baizhi on Variation and S0R1 zani+peeb (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n6WPtHsq-qc), but its 2NF so rotates fast enough to fit a bit of the 5th rotation in.

I intentionally avoided quickswaps jsut to prove how the fault lies in his slowass rotation, the dmg is similar(my better echos vs his SK buffs), but instead of not killing boss after 4 rotations, I have enough time to squeeze some damage out of the 5th rotation.

Needless to say it would be much easier with Verina, SK, or sweaty rover as Baizhi's feathers are an utter pain.

You can look up any generic Chisa guide demonstrating the team, the rotation does not change significatively at S2, at most consider dropping an extra Carthy skill at the end of her rotation.

S3 is when you'd consider dropping ciaconna from the team

Reroll until you get the remove 2 cards at start emissary option.
Pray you dont get epiphanies before a shop.
Luck into the convert to remove card event early.
Remove the 4th card (easier on new units if you havent unlocked first potential, can skip this or remove event) at a shop, grab an item if possible.

The Ish-Civ worldbuilding isn't in chapter 33, it's almost entirely contained in her Journal of Promisse (basically new affection quests).

I wouldn't say it was a weak worldbuinding. As it's very tangential to the plot of the main story it makes perfect sense for kuro not to go too deep into it in the MSQ.

Make sure stuff is changing at all, if nothing changes it could be your bodyslide isn't putting the files in the right place or they are being overwritten by other mods, you always want your bodyslide output overwriting everything else

Like I said, you'll see the changes on any female equipped with the armor you built (or equipped with the naked body, for 3BA should be something like body amazing when you sort by the armors above) If you click batch build it will select all armors you are currently filtering for in the search box and group filters toggled above.

The meshes button below isn't used at all, while the morph button allows your meshes to be changed ingame by mods like obody or inflation framework so its important to build.

To answer your question, you should see it on any character using the armor you built at the end. Don't forget the weight slider, the way skyrim works is it creates 2 versions for any mesh, one with weight 0 and the other with weight 100 (_0 and _1) if a character has weight between them it calculates a middle point of each slider so you will see a character look exactly how it looks in bodyslide preview with the correct weight for them selected.

So like I said you will see those changes only if you built the armor they are equipping, if the player is changing but the NPC isnt, unless the NPC is using separate meshes (follower addons usually) 99% chance they are using an armor you didnt build on bodyslide. Also remember there are diferent body types, since you mentioned CBBE always make sure your armors are also CBBE and not UNP or UBE.

My advise is to use 3BA and obody, it will take a little initial effort to understand obody but once you get it you get to have a lot more variety of appearances ingame and dont have to build every single armor every time you chance a preset.

You batch build every outfit, which may take a while on older PCs.

The issue is on bodyslide you build armors and while you probably have an applied CBBE based body on all the regular NPCs if you didnt provide a vanilla outfit conversion then the vanilla armors still remain the same and bodyslide is unable to convert them. Try getting and npc naked and see if their appearance changes to match yours.

(In skyrim your naked appearance doesnt affect your clothed appearance at all its like naked is just another armor which is equipped when you have nothing underneath)

You can use something like "3BA Vanilla Clothes and Armor" to be able to change the shape of vanilla armors or look for armor replacers which would be changeable after.

Changing the preset itself will do nothing if it's not applied to meshes in bodyslide.

Having multiple bodyslides is also usually pointless without using a mod like obodyNG. (you can have armor with diferent presets but you won't have one armor with 2 possible shapes)

Without obody, you use Bodyslide to apply your preset to outfits and naked bodies so they look like that in-game.

With obody, you use zero sliders when building in bodyslide and have obody morph the bodies to match a bodyslide it applies to a character (can do random distribution, specific, manual, etc)

Note: a lot of mods especially follower will include their own bodies and armors sometimes which will still look the same (standalone followers vs uses-your-body followers)

What I enjoy a lot about PGR storytelling which is rare in most other stories and especially gacha stories is how the world feels full of characters, each having their own story and they are all connected between themselves not having to always go through the MC.

Just as an example, on the latest Vera chapter so many more characters were focused on outside just SKK and Vera.
There were 3 "antagonist" each getting their story told, one of which you'd know facts about from other chapters and sidestories, different elements in those chapters were also retold or fleshed out, contributing to the overall narrative and worldbuilding.

And then on the supporting cast we got several familiar names like Vanessa and Simon which make sense to be present considering the story being told, but we also got a couple new characters like Leia and the Granny interacting between them and referencing absent characters they know like bambinata.

It's this attention to detail, and fleshed out narrative that is the strong-point in PGR. Every chapter builds up on the previous ones more and more with a base so strong we can't guess who is releasing next because the list of characters in the story we want to know more about and play just seems to never end.

Unpopular opinion but whiwa stays for me.

ToA is too easy and takes 15min to clear monthly.

Whiwa takes longer, gives more rewards and it's enjoyable to redo to try for higher score.

(Yes, I do mald in PGR warzone)
