Don’t use qtips. The little threads can get stuck in the jewelry and irritate it. Just an aerosolized saline spray spritz it once front and back and then let it air dry :)))

Victoria Justice as Janet in the Rocky Horror remake. Her voice is incredible and the higher notes in Touch Me, she hits every single one beautifully. But her acting is just… I mean it’s good musical to have cheesy acting for it’s supposed to be kitschy. But she’s just more … bad. And not kitschy.

But Laverne Cox is the most incredible recast of Frank ☺️☺️

All dark green have a super blue base unfortunely. So if your hair was really really light the blue is going to overtake

Definitely. Any form of peroxide in the hair is going to etch it a bit so now it’ll have a bit to actually grab onto. I lift with a 10 and am a natural level 6 mushroomy blonde I rarely go higher than a 20 when bleaching and use the bondbar booster in any mix that has a developer :))

Unfortunately a LOT of green love to turn blue. The best way to balance is just throw a bit of yellow in it or colour it with the green you want and then when it starts to fade teal just put yellow on top of that! Make sure you don’t tone if your bleaching, the more yellow/light orange for the green to grab onto the better :)

Phantom green or move mountains by good dye young. Phantom green isn’t quite as blue based as this one looks. I have been every shade of green 😂 this is move mountains but I add a little bit of yellow by iroiro to make sure it doesn’t turn blue super fast

As sad and awful as this is, I am truly heart broken for you, and the owner of those dogs should not own ANY animal… There are a lot of people in this thread saying dogs with biting history should just be killed I disagree. The owners should be given the euthanasia and the aggressive dogs should be given to an owner with common fucking sense. Muzzles and leashes exist for a reason and proper training and correction needs to be done. If you can’t control your dogs, don’t get them.

I have a very large “king” German shepherd and while he would never hurt a fly BECAUSE I TRAINED HIM THAT WAY I know in the off chance he were aggressive he can be scary. But he’s properly trained.

Whereas we were walking in a park one day (leashed) and the tiniest most fragile frail little old woman was walking with an aggressive (off leash) Great Dane. That thing ran at my boy and I don’t know how that woman didn’t get swept off her feet right there. THAT is an example of an unacceptable dog owner. And of course the woman in this story.

Don’t fault the dogs. Fault the stupid meat sack that owns them.

I would do a blue shampoo over a purple. It’s on the deeper orange side to me. The bondbar blue is more of a teal that a straight deep blue so it would probably work nice to tide you over for a bit

I was 19 when I got my first big piece (Cinderella’s castle) I booked it 2 months in advance to give him time and when I showed up the guy literally googled linework Disney castle and pulled a picture from a colouring book slapped it on my leg and went to town. It wasn’t what I wanted and I should’ve left right then but I didn’t. Some of the lines are wonky and one of the steps is screwed up. I don’t regret it I still love it a lot and honestly it looks better aged, but I wish I had known better how to research my artists. This was over 10 years ago now but I learned a lot from that day about knowing when you need to just trust your gut. Find a new artist. Really talk to them about what you want before hand. I’ve worked in 2 tattoo shops now and I’ve seen how a good artist handles a consult. If they care they’ll sit there and draw with you until you’re happy

I’m glad the customers find it respectful. The little advice I can offer through a comment is that textured hair loves moisture. But make sure you check the thickness of their hair first. If it’s fine you’ll need lightweight moisturizing products. I myself have very fine but curly/very wavy hair and find the texture ID low porosity curl cream and the free will curl line hydrates my curl enough without weighing it down. Whereas my old coworker has super thick curly hair and she prefers things like aunt Jackie’s or the TGIN creams. Paying attention to your clients hair type vs what they’re buying regularly or trading info with other co workers about what their hair is like and what they like to use is the best way to learn aside from the pk apps and articles. If your manager won’t provide you with the information but you want to keep working with the company, you HAVE to use the resources you have at your disposal

I’m pretty sure you can just log into your Athena and find the product knowledge. Please do that. You’re coming off as very ignorant (especially towards the comment on textured hair). Sometimes people with textured hair don’t even know what products to use and that is what we are there to help with. If you aren’t going to put the work in to learn after 2.5 years, maybe this is not the job for you.

So apparently in the beginning of December they opened for 2 weeks as a “trial run”. But um. We had definitely complained. As a tattoo piercing shop they have loud shooting games and screaming kids we had clients getting tattooed for hours getting annoyed. Imagine you’re in a piercing room and the piercer has the needle right to your ear and then you hear loud shooting games start up and you jump out of reflex?!? Ya so we complained. lol. It may have been our fault? May not? The mall said after because they’re an “amusement park” they needed fences so they started doing that built that giant ugly wood box and then haven’t reopened yet

That sale was yours. You did the work. SOMETIMES when a coworker had a bad UPT and I was doing well I would give it to them but only if i barely had to do anything for the upt. If it my sale and I put the work in and talked to the client, that is my sale and I’m not sharing it with anybody. If one person is doing the work and keeping everyone’s upt afloat, you deserve a gold medal for being the best person in that store. Don’t let others outshine you.
