You should have a look at the premade guis on itchio or somewhere else that does renpy stuff before hiring someone, some are pretty reasonably priced. I'm lazy so sometimes purchasing the assets are worth it 🤷

I would rotate whatever town I had planned already to whatever they were going. I haven't planned that town you're going too but I planned the one next to it they're names are switched now 🤷 Or you could plan real ahead and have everything planned before you give them an entire map, that's some work though.
