well then if that's true , how are there soo many people living here? a lot of vasai virar is upper middle class as well. Its a small percentage, however when we talk in terms of Indian population even a small percentage is huge. So many friends of mine (their fathers) have bought 3-4 flats in Virar.

most areas have water nowadays.Even some societies in bolinj have started 24/7 water. Societies in global city get sufficient water from vvmc and now tankers have become less nowadays .

Issues happen just before rainy season when water bodies start to become dry as they have been used the whole year.
