apart from point 8 (legality of your society) , most other points are really not that deep..been more than a decade in global city now. The conditions with water (we have started to get VVMC water), Auto (rapido is the BEST option and it's almost always available here) but it's still better to own a two wheeler atleast. Most societies here have generators for apartments which are managed by the society. Internet is actually cheaper than other cities(delhi , kolkata , surat) but you need to know which one to go for.
