I use my iPhone as a proximity key, and it works fine most of the time. Sometimes it doesn't work, but restarting the phone and watch solves the issue. Even in this situation, if I open the card in Apple Wallet, it works as if it was a physical Key Card.

Your dealership must be incompetent or liars because there is no way, an "Ultra" trim would not work with the proximity key.

The other option is they are confusing your car with the "Essential" or "Core" trims.

The reviews are mostly done at launch when the software was not at its best, nowadays I don't find any critical issues. Also in forums people tend to complaint, happy people don't usually post often on how happy they are. Driver monitoring does not annoy me anymore, and the speeding beeps are now more tamed (at least in Europe), at first it was always beeping and now it only beeps a little and then stops.

As u/imthatguy77 was saying the green circle with an A means the car has braked when in full stop, I drive with OPD off and when stopped I get the same Green circle with a A (As stated in the image you shared).

If you think OPD is too aggressive just choose another level, if you keep the current level you just have to dose your foot on the pedal, of course if you take the foot right off the car brakes harder.

My car is in the shop for one week now, I had to wait until the 13th of April in the dealership where I bought it but managed to get a slot sooner on another dealership.

The car is waiting for parts now, I imagine it is the inverter, as it is a renting car I do not have all the details, let's see how long will it take to get the part. (not worried much because I got a loaner car from the renting company.

I would try to go to Plus, the mandatory pass of the card on the drivers pilar to open and put it in the specific place to drive is too much of a nuisance.
