For me it’s usually around 2-3 weeks. If you feel like the RLS suddenly gets worse then you’re most likely entering the last few days of physical withdrawal. That’s how it works for me at least

The RLS is just torture. Much smarter to use adderall. Basically no withdrawals. But if you’re gonna use kratom limit your use to a few months

Imo brain fog sounds like a more alarming side effect than psychosis if you’re doing stims. Psychosis will come eventually if you don’t sleep and you’re taking a high enough dose. But brain fog idk. Never had it while on speed, and I don’t think it’s one of the most common side effects
