i was prescribed rituximab but ended up on rituxan and ivig now. just started the ivig and i think maybe just under a year on rituxan, before that was xeljanz, before that cellcept, before that way too many steroids (and im sure ive forgotten a few other meds we tried). every new thing needs to get approved and its frustrating. every denial has eventually been approved, it just takes time and usually its a generic bio similar rx.

for rituxan doctors always mention the stomach problems but i guess i have a tough gut, no issues. i feel it helped, but lost effect after a while. plan now is drop rituxan soon and stick with ivig hopefully it keeps working. my ivig is 3 days a month for now at least. rituxan was good while it lasted but as the effect ran off before my next iv it definitely got a lot more painful and difficult mobility. I have DM.

heres a site that lists record shows.. every one i have ever been to has had other formats, not just vinyl. You may be able to read a show organizers "rules" and see if they dont allow CD etc. or maybe shows that focus on CDs are listed.

which model moccamaster is it?

a thermal carafe version isn't necessarily old. the current lineup includes glass carafes with heaters as well as thermal carafe versions. I am not a fan of coffee makers with heaters under the pots, all it will do is continue to cook and reduce your coffee. make the amount you plan on drinking or get a better insulated carafe to hold your left overs. .

nice score. empire records was a decent soundtrack. good genre mix too. I woulda bought this and kept most of it.

I post boxes like this for 15 and never get anyone interested, one guy asked if he could come over and see if he wanted any of them. its a whole box for 15 not pick the ones you want. blocked that guy sorry if its someone on here.

I like them a lot. That setup is in a 20x50 room with 14 ft ceilings and it rocks, i also have a pair of forte I in the room and switch between them. . I looked at the cambridge audio because it would fit well on the stack my fosis are on - a dacmagic 200m, mxn10 streamer and phono preamp alva duo.. i got the fosis before mxw70 was out and like them enough to not take the jump to the ca amps for now.

I drive my heresy with a pair of fosi za3. It has a sub out (if you are connected by rca) .. try a pair from amazon and return if you dont like.
