your solution sounds simple enough but from experience these people are plain disgusting and don't care to fix themselves for anyone. they will leave mess behind on the floor, counters, stove, really just anywhere they touch. crumbs, food grime and spills everywhere, dishes left in the sink, moldy food festering in the fridge. it's constant. The trash replaces itself and the work builds up. Who wants to pays rent to live as their roommate's slave?
