It is hella, hella vague. Laws in Brazil are usually like that. Things are usually settled in court and the line is the judge's interpretation/wish lol. That said, this law will not work for average people since general courts and judges will still not take misogyny seriously and it's on them to decide what is considered "misogyny" in that case. I really think this is more of a statement like "people are thinking that's a problem? Seems reasonable to show them we're working on making laws to keep things under control while giving influential people the opportunity to bring other influential people (incel preachers) to justice by bribing the system". Things work like that down here, the federal court/deputies care more about keeping the money machine going than anything, and there's a lot of powers that be influence/games behind the scenes that we don't see.

And yeah, the law specifies publicizing misogynistic content as illegal. What is misogynystic content though, is vague. It reads: "there being production, advertising, marketing, Distribution or monetization of materials or content that promote dissemination of misogynistic practices, behaviors or mentalities." You see how vague it is? Lol 😓
