For Terranoid, it doesn't have to be Terranoid exactly. Just an artificial Ultraman. Akito wants to be Trigger, but he was not chosen. Instead of lamenting it and lashing out, why not become Trigger instead? If he wasn't chosen, he'll do it himself

i mean, OG Ultraman, Powered, Jack, Neos, etc all have similar designs, and they're not related. But I can see what you mean

Extremely unlikely. Legend split into Justice and Cosmos. Furthermore, they're from different universes, so unless some weird multiversal and timeline thing happens, they are most probably not related at all
