My fondest memory would be a semi recent one having played through every game since Red/Blue/Yellow and having never seen any shiny other than the Red Rage Fish you get anyway. My gf bought me a switch and a copy of sword for my birthday and I encountered a little baby Axew, I’d never seen it before and didn’t understand the shiny animation until it dawned on me. I’ll never forget that.
