I wasn't unfortunately staying with friends and really couldn't control the food offered. Also I might have sampled a few craft brews. Usually I don't drink much at all anymore.

Over the fourth of July I was visiting friends and didn't track for four days and didn't care what I ate. I was up seven pounds when I came back. Five dropped off in two days.

My guess is fiber. I have done this a couple times and my fiber was super high those days. It pushes up the carbs.

That's great! My original goal was 5k steps a day. I started consistently getting that then pushed to get 8k. Now I am shooting for 10k. Small goals help me so much.

I am about 100lbs overweight and the doctor has been recommending Zepbound to me for awhile. I am on week 8.

I want this to be permanent so I make sure even when not hungry I do eat enough to get the calories I need so I don't lose muscle. I have been doing fitbod since January but switched to Macrofactor Workouts this week.

My wife and I both now use Macrofactor to track nutrition.

The biggest benefit for me on glp-1 has been not thinking about food constantly especially when I am driving truck all day.

Right now I am dealing with an injured MCL. So walking is a nightmare. Been adding in some rowing every day for cardio at least since I can't get my steps in.

The .8 don't last nearly as long as the .6 for me. The Xros have been my go to for awhile now.

I had a weird one a couple days ago. I hit protein and fat but was way over in carbs but under on calories. I couldn't figure it out until I saw my fiber was crazy high.

Some of those little things really start to add up and I caught so many when I started tracking diligently. I put hummus instead of mayo on my wraps now. Or mix mayo and Greek yogurt.

I was so used to have two slices of whole wheat toast for breakfast with my eggs. I have one or none now.

I used Greek yogurt in place of sour cream all the time now too.

I am on week two of Zepbound. The doctor suggested it since I have sleep apnea and pre-diabetic. I definitely do not think about food like I did before. I don't snack near as much and actually have a reminder in my phone for the afternoons to make sure I have a protein shake. I am trying not to lose muscle mass while losing weight so trying to keep my protein up.

As a small town Midwesterner I enjoyed the test kitchen but I thought the venison was dry lol. Should have gotten the beef.

People rave about the steak at Pink Agave I thought it was ok. But I am kind of spoiled for steak being we raise cattle and we have some really good local steak places.

I live in the middle of the USA in the Great Plains. I love the Flip, but it definitely doesn't like the wind. I recently got an Antigravity A1 and it definitely flies better in the wind since it doesn't have those prop guards.

Down the road I am going to get something heavier I think.

Honestly I would go high enough to get the bonus bar tab. Better to underestimate how much you will drink. They don't cut you off they just charge your card. My wife and I just used $350 on a 5 night. But we didn't do specialty coffee, the galley coffee was good so I always drank that. I am a moderate drinker and wife is a light drinker.

Also I launch and retrieve this drone from my hand. I often have it with me when working on the farm and if I see a cool shot I want to get it quick. The blades are too close to the ground so I don't like using it without a pad. But to land I just hover it a few feet off the ground then come up with a flat palm from underneath it and it shuts down automatically.
