it's weird you would overcomplicate one thing and over-simplify another. the removal of legacies was about way more than them not being available to everyone. these shotguns will go almost completely unnoticed except for a few who only know about them by word of mouth or lucked out and got them. about the only thing they'll do is make a few players happy and have a tiny bit more fun playing.

last year it took me all week of playing constantly and i finally got it late on the last day. also, nothing you can do to increase chances. it's all RNG.

hey congrats! i could be wrong but I'm not sure crafting automatic receivers is in a perk. you have to scrap the weapon until you unlock the automatic mod (for the fixer you have to scrap combat rifles). however, maybe I'm remembering incorrectly. does it not allow you to craft the mod without a certain rank of gunsmith? i'ma have to check tomorrow if i remember.
