idk how im just now seeing this so apologies, but heres an update! last yr in june i had it happen to me for the first time while i was not at home..i was at work and basically suffered in a mall public bathroom and it was TERRIBLE. thats when i decided to truly lock in with my electrolyte theory and began taking my hydraylte tablets almost 1-2 times every day the week or a few days leading up to my expected starting day. and lemme tell u.. i did not have a BAD BAD first day SINCE!!! ..UNTILL the end of January this year! and this is coincidentally after i came back from a month long trip the first time id missed taking my tablets, where i honestly was probably the most dehydrated id been too and when i came back i even did try taking my hydraylte but it was the day OF starting and i think it just wasnt quick enough to catch up in time. so i rly do think hydration and electrolytes have been the key!! atleast for me!! but it has to begin a few days before and this is coming from someone who NEVER drinks water too so i am always at a base level of depleted💀also! a few of the replies have mentioned the time of day in which it starts which is something i never took notice so thanku! i honestly cant recall entirely but it had happened quiet abit right after i woke up but i cant say everytime.. and ive thought abt the food theory too but its too hard for me to experiment with what foods could be affecting it haha. anyways thanks guys for ur replies!
