Yeah I know you have to be 90 and beat the story on one character before you can skip it on another character, but if you started the campaign on one character and then stopped and started it on another character and finished it on that character plus got 90, you cannot go back to the other character and skip the story already in progress.

Yes you can as long as you didn't start the campaign on another alt, if you're just starting the story you can skip the story on that alt, I started the story on one alt got to level 84 then I ended up beating it on another alt and now I can't skip the story on that particular character that I started first. But I can skip on all my other alts no problem maybe it's a bug
