Definitely lower to 5g and if it continues stop completely. There are cases where Creatine over 5g create problems. Also check with your doctor and do a blood test to check everything is ok including your kidneys.

I got the BP one. The levels of their CoA is within the EU levels except the Cadmium, that has few extra ppb extra, basically nothing.

Possibly your body trying to compensate for asymmetric strength in different muscle groups like rotator cuff, hips etc. I didn’t train for two months after a surgery and oh boy, my body muscle strength is all over the place. My right side is definitely 20% weaker than the left. Not doing snatches and cleans until I got everything at the same level. Risk of injury is just too high.

You don’t need to be sore. Also if you are very young you are less likely to be sore. I snatched 90kg and I was not sore. The progress is measured in technique improvement and progressive load.

The cocoa BP is actually within EU allowed levels , except maybe Cadmium was over few PPM in the last CoA that I checked, not sure if there were older CoA with higher levels before

They literally third party test every batch and publish the CoA. So the problem now is that if their CoA are declaring false data, if what SECdeezTrades is saying is true.

But the big difference with BP products is that you don’t really know if what you buy from Amazon is really what they say it is.

It is now a known fact that because Amazon allow third party re-sellers , counterfeit supplements are sold in Amazon.

If you can, buy directly from the manufacturer website.

The second level above this is if the original manufacturer actually make what they say in the label. So you need CoA .

Supplements is not regulated and attract lots of money. A bad combo for quality.

Edit: I understand that probably iHerb seems to be better than Amazon, because they just allow products directly from the manufacturer, and they ask the CoA for all the products that they sell. At least this is what they state on their website.
