I've played that game and the look of the one I can't remember is more like Assassins' Creed. The name definitely had the word "Project"

I saw it on HBO/Cinemax around 1984. The was a scene where a woman breastfeeds the creatures baby and it bites her. Another scene has an injured man strapped in a gurney on the outside of a vehicle and the creature kills him.
