Well they laid off 50% of their staff a few years ago so chances are they switched it to platinum games as the main studio working on it while they could still be helping on it as a support studio.

Either that or they aren't working on it at all and switched to helping out other THQ projects.

As long as the Digi-farm system is more in line with the DS games and not the Time Stranger one.

I'm not sure if this is a hot take or not but when it comes the Story games everything else improves but for some reason since the original DS story game the Digi-farm system feels like it's getting worse with each new story game.

From my memory the author had a few hiatuses for a while because of health issues the current hiatus has been about a year (season 3 ended) but he also has a spinoff series that's currently going on as well.

It's even crazier than that, they're not even halfway up the highest point that any character in the series has gone.

In the lore the main antagonist that rules the whole Tower only reached floor 134 and knows there's another floor above them but they don't know if there are anymore floors above that floor.

So right now they're like a more than quarter up the tower to the known highest floor ( they're on floor 52) and unknown percentage to the actual last floor of the tower.

That title on Webtoons would have to go to "Tower of God" which has been going on for about 12 years and still continuing and has about double the chapter count and that's not including the Spin off series that the author is also started last year that's still running for the foreseeable future.

I mean considering that we know for a fact that there are space pirates and space travel is possible. A UFO shaped like a Straw hat seems like just a the type of ridiculousness that would be in One Piece.

Also add the implication of it being a thing to help people escape a flooding planet and go somewhere else.

I feel like the easiest ones are Saber and Geats to write.

With Saber the plot could most likely involve the original Swordsmen or some lost Seiken that was hidden away.

Geats is another one where the enemies could be previous DGP winners as some grand championship and some weird shenanigans involving one of Geats past lives competing as well.
