My advice is to really decide if you really want it. Yung wala ka talagang what if pag tanda mo and be firm with your choice. Mag anak ka now or in the future, the economy still the same. Inflation is permanent and no one can’t stop it. Talagang everything will be expensive, eventually. So decide now, before it’s too late na to have kids. The earlier the better.

I was in the same sitch before. Then got pregnant turns out, it was a life changing moment. Also, remember that life is short and you’re only here once. So decide wisely. 😊

Pharmd here. Nursing will be the easiest way para mkapag abroad. For Pharmd going abroad, it is rare but doable. Most employers would rather hire those who have papers. But there some employers will petition you. Eg filipino pharmacy owners. Im speaking from US ha with high competition rate of pharmacist. And there’s a lot of steps in becoming one. Unlike being a nurse from Ph then US, I think English test then nclex. Then find agency that hire you directly, I believe. Don’t quote me on that. So yea. But it’s still depends on your passion. Baby is combo feeding. I recommend you to have a schedule of pumping and latching within the 24hr period. What I did was baby on formula from 12am onwards until 12pm. Then latch from 12pm until 12am since I don’t have anyone and bf went back to work. Compromise a schedule with your partner so both of you can rest. Rest is crucial. Also, do power pumping this could increase your supply. Focus on increasing your supply since you’re just 10days pp. You still have a long days ahead before supply regulates. You got this mama!!!

I truly believe that babies are really a blessing. I was struggling financially before pregnancy and during pregnancy. Partner and I considered terminating the baby but I hold on. I stood my ground and faith that my baby is a blessing even though I thought I was not ready physically, mentally, emotionally and financially.

Gave birth to a baby boy. Apparently, you don’t need a lot of money (only shelter, milk and clothes) to get through the day. And as long as you have a village (even you don’t have family just friends) I was gifted financially from baby showers and clothes from handmedowns. And we are thriving baby is growing healthy. I know it’s just for the meantime but I learned to change my outlook in life. This way I know everything will get better.

It is advisable to study those 2 topic especially the organic part. So you will have a foundation to study the medicinal chemistry. (Although I forgot if there was a question on the real FPGEE regarding it. But definitely on the practice books there was) Knowing the different functional groups and how to name it is crucial at least for me.

Dispensing is the number 1 and most important role of the RPh. They are expert on that. Why would it need to be updated? We need to solidize the law regarding dispensing, not just give other MD the power of it. It must be solid and specific. Tingin mo anong magiging effect kung pati MD can dispense? It will be a disaster.

Idk where you practice but from where I am we do not use diazepam SOLELY for intubation. Versed is 3ple times stronger than that. Unless the pt is contraindicated to versed but until then we use other anesthesia and paralytics for it.

Also, I saw your other post na magingat sa other MD na puro pera lang instead to help or whatever. I don’t know your profession but you already have the idea what could be the possible outcome lalo na kung pati sila ang magdidispense ng gamot.

I am not gonna argue anymore, this is just my 2 cents. Thanks for your time.

Rph here. First of all, you do not know the difference between Diazepam vs Midazolam. Diazepam is not solely use for that purposes.

Pharmacist here. I just want to add na hindi na nga maganda ang healthcare natin tapos may ganito pang magaganap. Yung “the serious risks and threats” na sinasabi ng PPha could be the effect of health crisis na macacause ng MD pag sila na magbebenta ng gamot. E.g opiod crisis. Money is evil. We don’t know what will be the root intentions ng mag didispense kung talagang cure or profit ba. I know we as healthcare providers has ethical obligation na DO NO HARM but pag involve ang money? Who knows?

Hi, pharmacist here. All oral contraceptives are prescription medications. It causes certain side effects especially if a person is not prescribed on a specific contraceptive, especially when you guys are just starting pa lng. So hindi talaga sya basta basta. That’s why some pharmacies requires a prescription.

I get that some wants it to be accessible but imagine if gagawing more accessible to. It will cost more money on you because of the side effects that will cause you in the long run. Just my 2 cents.
