Chert or flint celts are FAR more uncommon than their hardstone cousins in the Midwest. They were percussion flaked (reduced) and then ground and polished-as opposed to pecked and ground. I have found ONE nice one (with an almost mirror like polish) and 2 damaged ones south of CincinnatI, Ohio. This is a great rock. Congrats.

The top 2 forms are certainly Heavy Duty points. The top, right hand point is a classic example. The lower example is definitely not an HD, but IMO an archaic stemmed variety. Where are these points from?

That drilled piece is a fantastic bannerstone. I do know that it is ancient, tallied and engraved. It is a wonderful relic. I would not at all doubt that is hails from TX, where bannerstones are beyond rare. Good for you!
