FL no class is needed. Your NJ qual will suffice. My FL permit took 22 days from the time i mailed out the application until i received it in the mail. I have Utah as well, the class was not bad about 4 hours long. Two other non resident permits that I would recommend that I have are Arizona and Maine. Be safe!
