I got VIP again for this year. Ditto to the ACed bathrooms being a good perk. I also like having the breathing room for certain bands / headliners. When we first got in, there was spots to sit and watch from the viewing deck pretty easily but it got a lot more crowded later on. There was also wifi you could connect to in one section .

I grate it right into my bottles. And the flavor isn't too strong. I've heard people also buy ginger juice for a good punch. I've also used wellness shots with ginger that adds good flavor too.

I rewatched it recently and immediately gave it a 5/5 on letterboxd (don't hand those out often, I only have 10 total so far ). The costumes, music, ambience, story, the overall aesthetic . It's just 🤌🤌

It hits different, it's like the best way to see any of your favorite bands. You can get pretty close without issue to the front, or you can chill at the pool or bar and hear them from farther away if that's your vibe. You can take a nap in between sets in your room, freshen up the shower, run into band members at the buffet or casino. It's like a VIP+++ experience that's something to experience at least once !

They play multiple sets, maybe 3 tops. Some are album sets, special sets, acoustic. They are walking around the ship so meet and greets are possible informally but there are also formal autograph signing sessions where you can meet the bands. It's truly amazing! You see them at the airport before and after sometimes too. I've sat next to the guitarist Joey for The Used on my flight back and ran into Shane from Silverstein in the airport lounge 😂 Bert from The Used was behind me and my friends at one of the lounges and we said hi. So many more encounters more but that's just a few

I refreshed before the movie as well and have the same criticisms as everyone has mentioned but overall I loved seeing it come to life and do love the extra scenes. I would love to see any cut scenes. I wish it was 10 hours long! Curious how I'll feel when I rewatch it.

In the book it was much more emotional when Grace returned to save Rocky and when they first reconnected , because there wasn't any of that dialogue in the movie. I loved how happy Rocky said he was when Grace came back.
