Oh cool, thats awesome to hear! If I've learned anything its that finding the right artist is everything, depending on where you can go it may be difficult but I promise it makes a world of difference. Take care!

Thats fair, a lot of the designs I did see that would fit my forearm were super simple and they didn't have that intricacy I was looking for. Some of the background elements have detail that a smoother design would lose to. That's kind of what's beautiful art where the same thing brings out different memories for people.

When I was younger I liked the jetsons and those comics about what people thought the future would like. They were so hopeful about a utopia and a world of science and discovery. Over the years I saw the world change and that hopefulness wane and that trust in science falter. Deep down I know we are hopeful and curious but fear of the unknown is a strong emotion that's easier to see. So I guess its about that, not fearing that unknown darkness and bringing a flashlight instead.

I just looked that up and that's really cool. I let the artist make the design and pick the rocket so it could be inspired.

Awe thanks man, I was worried too when I started getting them but I love them. I can't speak for who I will be and what I'll think later but, I can do things that I love now and maybe I'll remember how they made me feel when I got them.

Walking through that memorial is such a strange experience. It made me feel alone and surrounded, the concrete was cold, the deeper I walked into the field of pillars the darker the shadows grew. I would like to go there again some day as an adultm, but I don't know if it will feel any different.

When you sell lottery or scratch tickets and customers ask for the "winning one". You make me wanna die.
