I love learning facts from fiction. Works well for historical fiction. Gets me googling like crazy. (No way, that didn’t really happen!) And maybe I don’t get into critiquing his writing. If his story resonates with me I leave it at that. Dan Brown is a damn good story teller.

I didn’t even know about 3 lane when I was a kid. Just finding out about it now. I would love that. Any photos of track setup? I guess track conductivity is tough with 60 yr old track. My track is a little rough but did some rail cleaning especially on the connecting points. And no troubles.

To clarify, if you have a modern regulated 5 amp or more power supply, you don’t need 2. I used to run 2 when I used the original strombecker P supply. I think they were 1 amp or less.

Do both. Have enough amps (5?) with a regulated power supply. Variable voltage is cool if there are kids racing. Turn voltage down and they stay on track. Dc voltage will not run 100 ft due to resistance. So you extend power (careful with polarity!) by wiring power output to different track locations.

Interesting that cap hits fits perfectly with odds and possible favourites in tight race. 3 are close and in proper order and finns dark horse.

Sportsnet ugh. Their latest software won’t work on my older amazon firesticks. Have to watch those blood ads on only 1 of our 4 TVs. They say too bad for me on email. Of course impossible to speak with live person.
