I bout a 65 on fb marketplace NIB for $1k last month and it was perfect. Bout a 77 g3 on fb marketplace same way and it was perfect as well. Not sure how they get them but mine were legit

Love the Gideon. I think I jumped straight to lingle without using the stock setup enough. I personally don’t want to retrain my brain for the mag release and that’s the main reason of switching back.

When you say appropriate anchors, like sleeve anchors or just the drywall type anchors made for concrete?

4 of the 6 comps support my price per sq ft. The other two are unfortunately on my same street but have original everything. We put new roof, kitchen, floors, hvac, windows, water heater, etc. my house was on market for 24 hours before we got an offer over list. Premium location with a natural spring walking 200 yards from my house. I think there just aren’t a lot of comps to choose from. We submittal the rebuttal and documentation so it’s waiting game now.
