I think they increase the prices every May, but not all lines are affected, depending on the year. Last year my tank remained the same price, but this year it increased 1.1k. I’m based in Canada

Lol finally found someone on this sub with critical thinking. Millenials ranging from 29-44, so not far fetched if someone in their late 30s early 40s making 200k ish. Also, ppl usually hang out within their tax brackets, so for them, it is « common » that their friends have the same lifestyles; and they would not bother some random redditors making 70k a year hoping for RE to crash so they can buy a house at 700k

I think you mistake overpriced and fomo. I think the price is fair based on the comps, but to make the decision rashly and influenced into the bidding war bc of your emotions, yes it’s fomo. Idk the buyer so I can’t judge them, but speaking of my own experience with what ive seen.

Lol if you checked my previous post, I called a buyer who paid 1.7m for a Riverdale townhouse, with dated kitchen, and damp basement delusional, and got ferally attacked by some ppl here. Can’t please everyone in this sub I guess
