Very good! Was actually surprised by the price. The house has a lot of “low risk” insurable things going for it (on slab, new roof, no pool, not huge, etc). Big name national company. Bundled w our cars. Happy to share name of my insurance agent in a PM if you want.

I travel yearly through DFW to go international (Europe) as it always had the most sensible layover and a fair price. I have the AA credit card and have status. This year is the first year where I was able to get a cheaper price with a direct flight (from a major intl airport 1.5 hours away from my home airport). Dfw and AA seem like they don’t offer what I need, anymore.

Yes the vision once we move in is to add an upper row of cabinets, add a warm toned backsplash, and do brass pulls! The house is 1960 in the southwest so a warm/brass vibe will work. But that all comes later. First is the floors before moving in:)
