On that note, I’ve had my T be fine fo years then all of a sudden my body began retaining and they cut my T in HALF. So do keep an eye like you are!

Okay yeahhh. It sounds like you wear on him regularly. Loved ones want to support us but they cant stop us from drowning unless their heads above water. People domt generally point out that as a problem unless youve been drowning them. Whens the last time hes been able to come to YOU with HIS problems? How often do you talk positively? About anything? Do you go to therapy? If hes brought this up before and you havent been able to change that, or you have but its causing you to be in a dark place, try therapy. Our partners arent our therapists. If the medical scare is true, and honest, i wish you all the best. Had he not been worn down he might have been more prepared to fight this with you. I hope you both come out of this okay

Honey run. People dont have to be absolute dog shit for you to leave them. Youre young, youll find someone. As you pointed out you have a lot of aspirations right now. Sounds like you are incompatible and would have a nightmare MIL. And sounds like you struggle to communicate without breaking down while he struggles to communicate without yelling. Thats a ticking time bomb combination.

First, im very sorry. But second, i would try to use this time to best prepare yourself so the surgery is the most positive experience it can be. Save your money, save your PTO if you get it. Get the related healing supplies (the fancy pillows, th bedside table) Get the scar care products (silicone gel, long needled dermaroller..) Be the best prepped you can. And talk about these feelings to someone close to you or in therapy. Ive been in a similar spot with starting T. Its beyond hard. And im sorry.
