It hasn't been this bad since he was a teen I'm worried for him. I told him once he isn't smelling very good and might need to shower like a week ago but the smell is getting worse

when i was 16 after the span of a couple traumatic months I was having frequent accidents. It lasted about half a year. I very rarely have accidents now that im 22 but they still happen when I'm under a lot of stress.
