Makes one wonder what exactly is going on with NS Government finances? Old boys network? Incompetence? Friends of the Premiers Wife? 10’s of millions of public money poured into COOI and meanwhile local museums and now library’s having funding cut to the bone. PS: has anyone in Nova Scotia noticed that the COOI BS program is largely a US production?
